Medigold Health worked closely with NCN to gain the buy in of key stakeholders across the organisation. A project management team was then set up, chaired by Joanna Boulton, Director of HR for NCN alongside the implementation team from Medigold Health.

Over the proceeding three months the project team worked closely with Medigold Health to train line managers on the new processes and procedures that the service delivered in order to make sure they were all fully up to speed before the Service launched.
