What New College Nottingham had to say:

Medigold Health worked closely with NCN to gain the buy in of key stakeholders across the organisation. A project management team was then set up, chaired by Joanna Boulton, Director of HR for NCN alongside the implementation team from Medigold Health.

Over the proceeding three months the project team worked closely with Medigold Health to train line managers on the new processes and procedures that the service delivered in order to make sure they were all fully up to speed before the Service launched.

“It became clear that their Day One Service ticked all the right boxes in terms of the issues we were facing internally. Seeing the Absence Reductions the Service had delivered for large organisations across the UK as well as the clearly evidenced return on the investment, the decision was made at board level to work in partnership with Medigold Health to roll out the Day One Service across our employee base.

We became aware of Medigold Health’s Day One Absence Management Service through our relationship with them and the great work they were doing as our Occupational Health Provider." Stephanie Kemp, HR Business Partner for New College Nottingham.
